Brief Description:	Drill holes in Rudder Skin attach rudder brace and
Final filing / fitting of rudder stiffeners to spar. Drill out all rudder skin holes. Trim rudder bracket , attach, drill out holes to #30. Fabricate bottom attach strips from 1&1/8 T3 strip. This is the material that should have been used for rudder horn shim. Need to fabricate, fit, and drill R-917. Ready to disassemble for deburring and dimpling
