Brief Description:	Wing root tape and wiring
Another long and frustrating day with the flap controller. Robert reprogrammed it from scratch to make sure I hadn't made any silly mistakes - but still no luck. Peter wandered by and ended up spending 5 hours testing each component of the flap controller and writing up a full logic diagram for it. Still no progress. Managed to fit the duct tape to the wing root though - no electronics involved there!
