Brief Description:	Flap tube and motor
Noticed that the flap tube bound-up when travelling toward the limit. Also remembered the comments on-line about flap motors not being strong enough to drive the flaps to full travel. Removed the flap tube and sighted the 3 holes - about 2mm out. Checked the spar box - also about 2mm out. Bent the flap tube as much as would bend without creasing. Then assembled (with Robert & Thon's help). Binding is less - but is not completely gone. Will check later when the flaps are installed. Installed the flap motor.
