Brief Description:	Cutting the alloy for the glare shield frame
Bought a 1m x 1.2m x 1.5mm thick aluminium sheet. Used the cardboard template and marked up the sheet. Bought a light nibbler last weekend - so got to use another tool for the first time! Nibbled out the frame for the glareshield - then used the sander/linisher to smooth all the edges - then hand sanded to finish to make sure all the sharp edges were gone. Will bend the alloy on the English wheel next.
