Brief Description:	General work plus template making
General day - more sanding and filling on the gear fairings and wheel pants. Main job was to make up templates for the console and glare shield. Both took 4 complete versions before they fitted properly. Will make at least 1 more console template to widen the top to blend more with the bottom of the panel. Visited the wreckers and bought some face vents (from a Mazda 3!) and will see if they can be fitted - standard supplied vents look anf feel cheap. Same as the fuel selector in fact - the one on the console is a milled alloy selector from Aircraft Spruce (as is the throttle quadrant). The things you touch need to be good quality if the plane is to feel solid and well made.
