Brief Description:    Fuselage - Deburring replacement part
For this Sunday, I had planned for a full day of work on the RV. It turned out I had last minute call for flight time with students at the flying club. I really wasn't interested to go, but can't turn out money and free flight hours, right ?

In the morning, before leaving for Joliette, I made quick stop at the shop and drill holes full size and deburr in my frame F809.

In the afternoon when I came back at 16h30, I started deburring the new F804C-AL frame, then fluted the flanges per the original parts soon to be replaced. Before going for dinner, I worked on the replacement bulkhead F811A-1. After dinner, I came back to drill the dia #40 holes in the lower bulkhead tabs, duplicating by measurements the holes from the original bulkhead. Same as for the F809 Frames, I replacing this bulkhead because of double holes in one flange tab. I do not want to deal with larger rivets to fill these holes during assembly.
