Brief Description:    Fuselage - Tailcone Bulkhead & Replacement Part De
To change my habits these days of going to the shop in the afternoon, I planned on going in the morning. I got a call from FedEx my replacement parts would be delivered today, therefore I waited home until FedEx truck arrived. Once at the shop, first order of the day was to complete what I had started the night before. Overall today, I did:

- On Bulkhead F812, I dimpled the dia #30 rivet holes on the aft face. I tried to dimple both parts together with the DRDT-2, but that was too hard.
- Once work on bulkhead F812 was completed, I moved on to unpack the replacement parts I got today.
- Since I had been working on tailcone bulkheads, I decided to complete this section by starting working on the replacement F811A and F811E I had just received. I first started by thinking about a way to make the cutout I missed the first time. In order to have same cutout on both parts, I decided to clamp them together with cleco. I also decided to use the stab tail bars as guide to ensure I cut a straight line along the stab bars. That worked fine. The stab bars now only need a little polishing to remove saw blade scarring. This time, I got a perfect cut.
- I removed the blue film on both F811A and F811E, and match drilled all the dia #30 holes in this sub-assembly
- After dinner in the evening, I proceed to remove blue film on all the replacement parts, and deburred with die grinder all the new parts

I worked from 14h30 until 17h45, then from 19h30 until 22h00
