********************************* RNC 80003 ************************************** Non-confirmity report - Quality Issue Discrepancy: L/G Box Bulkhead parts F802A-R-1, F802B-R-1 & F802B-L-1, holes dia #30 for rivet MS20470AD4-5 were countersunk by assembler to provide a flush looking L/G box, instead of having domed head rivet. It turned out countersunk holes in bulkhead 0.040" thick material are now in a knife edge condition. These are primary structure parts and shall not have been modified. Disposition: Scrap and replace current F802A-R-1, F802B-R-1 & F802B-L-1 L/G Box bulkheads.
