Fuselage - Front Seat Back drilling & deburr |
|
|
This day, I had my real first volonteer participating to my RV-8 project. My Uncle Jean-Louis, a R/C airplane modeller, came in to help for a few hours. Jean-Louis has no previous experience of working with real aluminum aviation parts, thus I gave him a little project he could easily handle...finalize drilling the front seat back sub assy previously assembled on cleco. Jean-Louis did: - Match drill all Dia #30 holes in Front Seat Back, - Disassemble front seat back - Removed the remaining blue vinyl on parts - Deburred all the holes - Deburred partially the seat belt opening in the seat back - Scuffed a number of parts for the seat back Jean-Louis worked from 14h30 until 16h15 |
