Following what many other RV-8 builders have done, I started modifiying Upper FWD Baggage Bulkhead F866B to include an access hatch to the avionic located behind it. I followed the similar design I have seen on various builders forum, which includes a door attached to F802N-1 cross brace with a piano hinge On that day, I started by laying out and cutting the hatch in the F866B-1 bulkhead with snips and/or pneumatic manual shear. I worked on this from 16h00 to 17h00, then from 20h00 until 21h45
