Brief Description:	tape rivets in spar caps for inspection
I taped the rivets in place on the spar caps, and set the left spar aside to wait for a tech counselor inspectiton. Then I put the rivets into the right spar caps and began attaching the rib attach angles. this was a slow process because all the rivets I had cut down from -12 to -11 had a little burr on the side that prevented the rivets going in right. So before I could put the rivets in place I had to sand off those burrs.
