Brief Description:	add 4130 plates to wing root spar caps
I made some progress in attaching the 4130 steel plates at the wing root. This is very slow going, because I drilled the first holes at 7/64 ths then stepped up the hole diameters 1/64 th at a time, up to 15/64 ths, then used a chucking reamer to ream the holes to exactly 1/4 inch. Takes a lot of cutting oil. But the holes come out nice. Good practice for the 1/2-inch main attach bolt holes after dihedral setting.
