Brief Description:	add rib attach angles to spar
I got off to a bad start with the rib angle attachment process. I first tried wood blocks and clamps to hold the angles in position for drilling, and it was a bad idea. Much too cumbersome, and hard to manouver the drill press among the clamps. I only did one angle this way.
