Brief Description:	priming 4130 reinforcing plates
I completed the final shaping of the 4130 reinforcing plates, gave them a good deburring and edge polish, then painted them with SEM self-etching primer. I also tried a different approach to smoothing the long cuts in the spar caps. I got a bench-mounted belt sander and it shows some promise for polishing the cut edges on the spar caps.
