Brief Description:	Started rudder assembly
All rudder parts primed. Back riveted stiffeners to skins. Started assembly of skeleton. When I finished for the night, I noticed that the lower nut plate is on the wrong side of the spar. Luckily it will be an easy one to drill out and redo tomorrow.
