Since I had accidentaly cut the outer rollbar strap, I decided to use it to redo the inner strap. It has a much better fit now. The new outer strap will be here from Van's tomorrow. I started to counretsink the rivet holes in the rollbar also. I mounted the NACA ducts with Proseal and pop rivets with aluminum tabs. while I had the proseal out, I mounted the Safeair static ports. These had to be mounted slightly forward of the location on the plans for the flange to clear the bulkhead.
