Clecoed all parts together and matchdrilled all holes and then the usual process, uncleco, disassemble, debur, smooth, reassemble recleco and rivet. I bent the end of the hinge pin at a 90' angle. It will be easy to remove if need be. Looks good , now for the back seat, that looks a bit more complicated.
