Seperated and deburred the four seat back angles trimmed to specs then smoothed all the edges. Deburred and smoothed all seat back edges after cutting the tabs. Made the seatback hinge and matchdrilled it to the seatback. I put just enough of a bend in the end of the pin to prevent it from coming out but still inserts easily.
