Both sides came out great and the powdercoating looks very professional. The only problem I had was when I put back the bolts in the bellcrank bracket that you have to remove to get that 3" bolt in, I snapped one of the bolts in half. Now I have to remove the gas tank and 150 screws and bolts to remove the broken half from the back of the nutplate under the main spar. I was using a 14 volt nut driver , so I would think a AN grade bolt would take a lot more ft.lbs. of torque than that. |
