Brief Description:    Stiffener rings and anti hangup guides
I spent today drilling the holes out for the left and right tank access covers and also the stiffener rings that goes on the inside of the access holes. This stiffener ring also has platenuts attached to it. The stiffener ring was drilled out for the platenuts, everything was deburred accordingly and the platenuts were attached. I also fabricated an anti hang up guide to sort of form a bridge over the access plate nutplates. This was simple to fabricate and was deburred and riveted onto the stiffener ring. There is a cork gasket that goes under the access cover and will seal the rivets attaching the platenuts so these rivets dont require proseal. I will put a smear of proseal between the gasket and the access cover and between the gasket and the inboard rib just to be extra sure it wont leak. The cork gasket is cheap enough to just replace if access is ever needed inside the tank.
