The rear spar, rear spar reinforcement fork, and the three rear spar doubler plates were prepped by deburring the edges. THe W-707E and W-707F doubler plates were clamped in position to the rear spar. These doubler plates were then match drilled and clecoed to the rear spar. The Holes for the aileron pushrods were traced and drilled out. To do this I initially used a unibit and then used a rotary tool to grind and polish the edges to specs. I then clecoed W-707G, and W-707D to the rear spar channel and match drilled all the holes to final size. Everything was disassembled, deburred, dimpled, countersunk and primed.
