Brief Description:	Bending the left elevator tabs
Using bending blocks I bent each trim tab with the upper flange over the bottom flange and then secured the tabs together with blind rivets. I wasn't very happy with the design of this part of the left elevator. It seems that there could be a better way to construct this.
