Brief Description:	Building the rudder skeleton
The Rudder skin, the R-703 tip rib and the R-713 counterbalance skin were all clecoed to the understructure. The R-716 rudder bottom attach strips were clamped to the assembly. The rudder horn brace, and the rudder bottom attach strips were match drilled. The remaining holes in R-713 and R801PP were drilled to final size. All parts were then dissassembled, deburred dimpled, inspected and primed in preperation for riveting.
