All the ribs were sorted into left and right side. Then a pilot hole was drilled into the aft flange of HS-00006. And a centerline was drawn on HS-00005. The left side of the HS structure was clecoed together and all of the rib to spar attach holes were match drilled. Once that was done, everything was taken apart, deburred, and reclecoed together. Then came the skin!! The HS-708 to HS-603PP holes were enlarged to #21. The HS-00006 and HS-00005 ribs were slipped into place and the approzimate hole locations were marked on the rib flanges so that the ribs could be fluted. After I was satidfied that the ribs were straight they were reinserted and clamped down. All the holes were match drilled around the HS-00005 and HS-00006 rib. Then all the holes on the skin were match drilled. Once that was all done I removed the skin and drilled the remaining holes in HS-814-1, HS-8101, and HS-00003. Now to repeat for the right side!!
