Brief Description:	Third time lucky R-710
Received the third (!) replacement of R-710 in the post today from Vans (they really are quick at dispatching replacement parts). This time I did not follow the plans on the basis of the previous two cock ups and builders on the web having had the same compromise edge distance experience and instead cut to the starting edge of the tooling/guide hole. This worked well with all edge distances preserved but leave an ugly random hole in the middle of the part on both sides which I will probably file to reduce any potential stress risers. Still can't believe that Vans would not have rectified this all these years on as the 8 isn't exactly a new design. Also finished off the R-716 bottom rudder attach strips which will be used to secure the fibreglass boot to the bottom of the rudder.
