Brief Description:	HS rear spar assembly
The rest of the ordered tools arrived last weekend. Began slowly by filing down the spar reinforcement bars and setting up the scotchbrite wheel on the drill press. Made a jig for final drilling the holes with the clecos installs. Will be held up from completing since I've not yet decided on a primer.
