Deburred some holes. Reviewed HomeBuilder DVD and then finished assembling nose gear gusset. Marked and clamped Firewall Stiffener Doubler 6B8-2. Drilled and clecoed in place. Not in photo assembly manual.???? Used a 90 degree drill to drill through predrilled hole for bungee pin location. First drilled through gear gusset and then through doubler as per the DVD. Opened hole to 5/8" for pin. Added additional rivets around hole with 10mm edge distance. Deburred some more holes.
