Brief Description:	Fuselage bottom access door
Drilled fastner holes through skin Z angles. Enlarged hinge holes to final size. Removed door and deburred holes. Opened fastner holes to 5/32" and clecoed nutplates in place. Drilled 3/32" nutplate mounting holes with them clecoed for proper alignment and spacing. Removed nutplates. Opened center holes to 13/64". Deburred all holes on both top and bottom. Riveted Z angles in place with A4 rivets. Riveted nutplates in place. Open holes in door to 13/64". Deburred. Filed door edges to smooth. Dry fit door to check hole alignment - perfect! Removed door and hinge. Cut hinge pin 5mm shorter than hinge and pinched hinge ends to keep the pin in place.
