Brief Description:	RUDDER : TO DO LUCIO sealant on trailing edge and
apply tank sealant on trailing edge. Position the right and left skins in a way that the stiffeners nest appropriately (left stiffener aft end on top of the right stiffener and both forward end below the shear clip). Use blind rivets LP4-3 and cleco as we go. First rivet wrongly set, however easy to remove and replace (mandrel knocked out before drilling).
