Nested spar caps to spar, measure distance, mark and cleco in position with additional clamps. Final drill the 1/8" holes in the spar web into the entire length with #30 drill. Disassembled, deburred, removed chips on all sides and holes. Reassembled in position Same procedure for the other spar cap. |
