Drilled aluminium reference angle with stepdrill to allow 1 inch hole for pmneumatic squeezer. Used pneumatic squeezer with adapted flat die trimmed to angle. Result not satisfactory as trailing edge presents barely acceptable waves (within recomended tolerance, but very bad look). DECISION: REORDER COMPONENTS AND REDO THE RUDDER: |
