deburring all component, assemble all the parts including VS-1008 Spar Doubler and match drill with #30 drill all hinge brackets, hinge doubler and all the spar doubler and spart caps 1/8" holes disassemble and deburr all parts Match drill the upper attach bolto holes on rear spar, rear spar doubler into the Left and Right Spar caps with a 3/16" drill DONT FINAL DRILL holes #12 as this is done when VS is fitted to the tailcone
