Brief Description:	Tail cone aft skin
Bulkheads were clecoed in place and the aft top skin was clecoed in place. The F-819 aft deck was centered, clamped and drilled to #30. The cutouts for the stab attach bars were marked and the aft part the longeron was also marked for removal. The #12 holes were drilled in the F-812B-1 and the skins were flush with the longerons.
