Ended up clecoing all of the parts together tonight and final drilling to #30. Also attached the bottom skins after fluting the flange on the F-827 to help with the curve. Marked out where the edges had to be broken in order to mate properly when riveted and with the conical roll as well. All holes were final drilled to #40, except the aft two rows where no ribs are connected. Once all of the parts were unclecoed, I rolled the required edges. Lots of deburring to do.
