Removed the firewall brackets and countersunk the pieces as per the drawing, making sure the non-countersunk holes are bypassed. Also countersunk the forward side of the firewall for the #40 nutplate rivets and the forward facing F-801L backing plates. Once everything was countersunk, I scuffed with the burgandy scotchbrite pad, cleaned with acetone and primed. Tomorrow night, I'll make the 8 degree bend and dimple the firewall rivet holes called out for #30.
