Removed the right wing tip from the wing and cut out reinforcement strips for the nutplates. Clamped the strips in place and used the holes in the fibreglass for the nutplate. I drilled two hoels at a time, clecoed the nutplates and conitnued on. I then drilled the #40 holes for the nutplate rivets. I repeated the process for the other side of the wing tip. I have to mark and remove the reinforcement strips, debur and then prime. I will epoxy them in place, then countersink the fibre glass for the flush rivets and the screw.
