Brief Description:	Counter weight work
Placed the E-714 counterweight on the forward end of the E-703 and E-704 as per the diagram. Clecoed the E-713 skin to the E-703/E-704 over the E-714. Used the two holes on the forward face of the E-713 as a guide to drill the lead. Started with smaller drill sizes to the final size of #12....Need to use Boelube here. Machine counter sunk the E-714 and dimpled the E-713. The screw head sits nice and flush into the counterweight.
