Brief Description:	Substructure for the right elevator
Clecoed the E-610PP & E-611PP to the E-702 spar with the platenuts, where the where final drilled. Prepared the E-703 rib and E-704 counterbalance rib where they were deburred, drilled and fluted. Clecoed the E-709 to the E-702, drilled and deburred. Clecoed the E-701-R to the understructure and drilled. The WD-605-1-R was clecoed and drilled to the E-702 and E-709. E-701-R skin final drilled to sub assembly. All parts were then removed and primed.
