Brief Description:	Riveting the rudder
Riveted R-713 to R-703 and left the last 3 most aft rivets on each side that coincide with the R-801 skin. Enlarged the two 3/32 guide holes in the forward web of the R-703 to #12 and installed the counter weight. Removed it for later installation. Riveted the R-703, R-606, R-607, R-608 to the R-802 spar.
