Brief Description:	HS 411 bolted on
Received the new bolts and nuts from Aircraft Spruce. Acquired a proper torque wrench and bolted the assembly on properly this time. Also finished riveting the bottom skin of the left side horizontal stab and started the right had bottom skin. I will leave the top clecoed and the rear spar off for the MDRA inspector to have a look inside. I have lots of photos as well just in case.
