Brief Description:	Elevator priming and riveting
Primed E703's, 704's, 713's, and E-606PP (due to all the machine countersinking done on it). Used the water-based primer this time and put on 4 coats. I'm getting better, but still had at least one coat too thick and it ran in places. Didn't help that it was only 60-degrees in the garage w/ 60% humidity. Also, began riveting right elevator skeleton.
