Drilled out and replaced pop-rivets one at a time on rudder leading edge. Prior to doing this, I clamped the aluminum angle onto the work bench so I could place the trailing edge against it. This allowed me to compress the leading edge properly without having the rudder move. Installed rod-end bearings w/ jam nuts to dimensions as given in Figure 7. Rudder is now complete.
