Brief Description:	Rivet Rudder Skeleton
Riveted reinforcement plates and platenuts onto spar. Riveted 904 rib to R-405PD/shim to spar. NOTE: Discovered after finishing rudder assembly, that I had misread the drawing wrt the bottom most nut plate. I used -7 rivets (as called out for the surrounding rivets) instead of the correct -8 rivets that were called out on the profile view. Haven't yet determined how to disposition this.
