Brief Description:	Propeller surrogate
- Fabricated the standoffs and mounted the spinner backplate per the supplemental instructions, "Simulating the Propeller for Fitting the Cowl." The drawing would have benefitted from a note explaining that the center of the constant-speed propeller backplate should not be cut out until actual propeller installation. I did cut it and found out I then needed to make a 2nd blank plate and adjust the standoffs accordingly.
