Clamped then drilled the cabin door posts to the fuse uprights. I got a tip from Dean when he visited regarding the gussets they countersunk them for flush rivets. I'm going to do this as well. However I decided to mount the gusset on the inside of the upright channel so that with flush rivets the whole face can be filled and made smooth. I had to bevel the aft side of the lower portion of the gusset in order to get it to align with the pilot holes. should make for a more appealing interior.
