Fabricate Aileron Torque tube pushrod. Cut aluminum tubes to length, deburr, copy patter from plan pages 23-8, and transfer to both ends of both tubes, start punch holes on each end of each tube. Pilot drill 6 holes #40 in each tube end, insert Rob end holder, and final drill #30 6 holes in each end, deburr holes, reattach, and rivet using MSP-42 pop rivets. Scotchbrite and Prime both tubes.2
