Prep the Skins and ribs for Aileron assembly. Also fabricate the stiffeners (32 of these little buggers, takes some time to cut, sand to final size and deburr). Pay close attention to instruction regarding clecoing skins together to check their orientation to ensure that the stiffeners will align correctly. Make sure you mark everything once it is all oriented correctly before deisassembly. |
