Brief Description:	Worked on nosewheel swivelling, tested.
Removed nose wheel pant, and nose fork/wheel. Cleaned and greased swivelling mechanism. Reinstalled with less tension. Nose wheel now easily swivels smoothly without binding, but has enough tension to prevent shimmy (I hope!) Flew a hop with Bob Sob to test. Airplane steers much easier now and no shimmy on T/O or landing. Leaving the pant off until I'm sure of this setting.
