Brief Description:	Installed baggage area tie-down strap.
Completed installation of baggage tie-down straps. I had fabricated the two brackets earlier. The aft bracket is secured with two of the machine screws that hold the bottom of the empennage access door in place. I drilled a number 30 hole and secured the center of the bracket with an LP4-4 rivet. When I do the first condition inspection I will drill that rivet out and replace it with a nutplate and screw. The forward bracket is secured under the head of the landing gear leg bolt. I removed one washer from the nut on the bottom and re-torqued. The straps are secured to the brackets with buckles and connect together via the snap fastener.
