Brief Description:	Drilled cone, checked clearances with trim.
Drilled the 3/4" hole in the bottom of the cone. Re-installed stabilizer and trim mechanism. Then put the cone in place to check clearances. Ran the trim full deflection both ways, checked correctness of movement and clearances.
